Mastodon Timeline, Mastodon Web, and 2 other services are down

In repairing services, Unix service sockets for the Mastodon services were unable to be created due to directory issues. Systemd did not recreate the socket parent directory. The directory was recreated and the sockets were created at service restart. Systemd was updated to prevent future failures.
