To improve performance and mitigate any future risk of DDoS attacks a CDN is going in in front of the primary instance server. This was meant to be transparent to end users, but to to the other layers of throttling and intrusion prevention, some disruptions have occurred and may occur again as the shake down of the system continues. Will try to keep any outages to a minimum and will roll back if any disruptions occur. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

UPDATE: This maintenance has been rolled back and will not be deployed in it's current configuration. The current CDN provider combined with the Mastodon architecture makes the overall solution too unstable. Another approach may be considered after additional future research.
